The live 40-60 minute monthly program is accessed via phone or Voice-over IP. Glynn Hodges hosts the program live several times on the second Wednesday of each month to accommodate all work schedules. The times of the call will be posted soon. Glynn opens the lines for discussion once he completes the teaching lesson on each call. The calls are recorded and will be posted for subscribers that would like to review the content or those who may have missed the live program.

Remind direct reports about the call the day before and make it know that they will be participating in one of the calls each month. Suggest that team members choosing to participate in the program make note of the points that were most meaningful to them. They should also be encouraged to make note of any content they may want to have clarified. A short motivational email each day Monday-Friday for twelve months. Two or more Personal Development blogs will be posted each month by Glynn Hodges. Every month Glynn will post at least one 30 second to three minute motivational/ inspirational video.
