One of Greg’s mentors in the book, Three Feet From Gold shared the following information about the power of the mastermind : “…We believe that your are a direct reflection of the five people you associate with most, and your income, attitude, and lifestyle is the average of those five people. If you surround yourself with leaders, you will eventually become one too.
Unfortunately, it works the opposite way too.” If you aren’t familiar with the word “mastermind”, you may want to read my article, “Mastermind, Key Component Of Motivation Here“. Three Feet From Gold is such a simple book, but it is packed with so many lessons in life from real people that have overcome every obstacle imaginable to achieve success. The central message of this book is Never Quit , you may be just Three Feet From Gold.
Although not mentioned in this book, Gary Guller is an outstanding example of a man doing what ever is necessary to stand on top of the world. Accomplishing that goal changed his life. Since that day in 2003 when Gary Guller summited Mt. Everest (You should listen to the replay of the abc Evening News with Peter Jennings below), he has dedicated his life to Make Others Greater.
